You need to take it slow, explore room by room and try to find all the Props. So, you can't just go around shooting everything you see. Problem is, every time you shoot an object that ISN'T a sneaky Prop, you lose health. You have 5 minutes to find all the props on the map. Now, as a Hunter, it's a little different. You download prop hunt, I'm pretty sure you can search prop hunt on the steam workshop. You then turn into that object and must blend in with your surroundings to hide from the Hunters.
